RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns work when ordering from our website.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods for any reason.
You must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
This right does not affect your legal rights if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must:
• Be unused and undamaged
• Be returned in their original condition
• Include all original packaging
• Be returned in a resellable (sellable) condition
Prints must be returned flat and properly protected (not bent, creased, or damaged).
Homeware items must be securely packaged and returned with any protective wrapping.
We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
3. How to Return an Item
To request a return, please email:
Include:
• Your name
• Order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
Returns must be sent to:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and will include:
• The cost of the returned item(s)
• The original standard delivery charge (if applicable)
If you selected an upgraded delivery service, the additional cost will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the issue.
You will be offered:
• A replacement, or
• A full refund including return postage costs
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised items
• Made-to-order products
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
